- Items must be returned in their **original packaging**, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

   - For other reasons, **shipping costs will be borne by the customer**.

4. **Inspection and Refund**: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product. If it meets our return conditions, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.

- **Refund Methods**: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.). If the payment was made via **Cash on Delivery (COD)**, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
